27 Sep Letting it go
As a parent, it’s natural to protect your child in every way possible.
I see so often that parents are trying so hard to do the best for their babies that they in some way smother them in love. That’s fine but there is a fine line between loving and controlling – let kids be kids.
Look back at your childhood and remember the freedom you had from your parents and take a look at your life now. I remember fondly being let out to run around the entire housing estate and playing one massive hide and seek with dozens of friends.
Parents, in my opinion, need to let go of their tech more and notice their kids. They need to let them enjoy their amazing life as everything is going to be ok.
We don’t allow parents into the BRAVE-KIDZ groups because they are more independent without them.
